This is an old fashioned Country scene which took
a HIGH First place at
the greater Phoenix ceramic
artist's association competition. AMAZING DETAIL.
SIZE: 12" high by 11 3/4" wide
Maria's second "big win", in only her second
year of
competition. The carved, cutout trees on this accent
lamp present an awesome 3 dimensional effect, with
the beautiful lake and mountain background adding
the finishing touch. BEST of CLASS!

In her very first professional competition, This lovely
vase not only netted Maria a 1st place ribbon, but
also won her BEST of CLASS award.
The judges
looked it over with a "fine tooth comb" and could
not find a flaw. SIZE: 8" high by 8" diameter.
This
marbleized ceramic cow skull won HIGH 1ST
PLACE in the Arizona ceramic artist's competition.
The Kokopelli and petroglyph rain clouds are etched
in, and the entire piece is glazed. SIZE: 9" long.
This Victorian Grecian jar, with the playful cherubs,
was done using crystal glazing techniques and
hand painting skills. It took four firings to complete.
Awarded FIRST PLACE
in the professional category.

A
nativity scene is painted on this vessel shaped
accent LAMP, which is awesome when lit. It won
BEST of SHOW in the
Holiday category.

This Southwest designed accent LAMP has hand
etched adobes and bricks, to create the "peal off"
effect. A beautiful mountain range completes this
masterpiece, which won BEST of CLASS!

mission of Saint Xavier, located near Tucson,
Arizona was the inspiration for this accent LAMP.
Complete with bell tower, and accented in 24 karat
gold, Maria's mission won BEST of
GROUP at the
greater Phoenix ceramic artist's association event.
